Report of my
cardiac rehabilitation
After a myocardial infarction on
September 8th I stayed in the Center
of cardiology at Callian which I left
on October 10th to return to the
Rochilles' Estate of my brother and my
sister-in-law at Draguignan. My
cardiac readjustment was ensured by
the day hospital “Helliades Santé” in
Fréjus starting from October 16th at a
rate of three half-days per week
during forty sessions. But the
cardiologists were not satisfied with
the progression of my rehabilitation,
consequently they returned me to the
Center of Callian for new examinations
and scanners in order to modify the
medicaments treatment. I remained
there again from November 27th to
December 12th. Fortunately I profited
from a splendid weather supporting the
accompanied walks. I begun again
cardiac readjustment in Hélliades on
December 16th. Moreover my stay in
Rochilles was prolonged due to the
delay in the signature of the
certificates by a solicitor for my
future home at Trans-in-Provence.
Delivery of my new
truck
On December 17th I went by train to
Martigues to take delivery of my new
truck at PSI-Azalaï. Alas I was
stopped in my trip by a strike of
railway men in Marseilles. I continued
the way by bus to Martigues. Nothing
was spared to me during the year 2013.
I made the tour of my new truck with
Mr Bernard Giraud the designer and
manufacturer of the Azalaï's body.
Then I returned to Draguignan by the
highway while appreciating comfort and
swiftness of the Mercedes "G". But I
did not know when I could take again
my world trip, I did not have any
plan. I expected the completion of my
cardiac readjustment at the end of
February 2014 and the health
evaluation with a test of effort and a
cardiac echography giving EF, ejection
fraction, whose value is determining
for the physical-activity and the
aptitude for altitude.

X-mas Eve supper at Dunières

From Draguignan to Dunières
from 23/12/2013 to 26/12/2013
The X-mas Eve supper occurred at my nephew
Christophe' home in Dunières with the all
family, my brother and my sister-in-law,
their children Christophe and Philippe and
their grandchildren. I went there with my
new truck, the distance from Draguignan to
Dunières is approximately 400 km.

I do not know what the year 2014 will hold
for me! At all events I
wish myself a heart failure stabilized to
take again my world trip with my truck-2.
