On Monday, July 18th I wished to find the post office, Correos, to buy a stamp and send a postcard to France, then to visit El Cementerio, finally to do purchases at Cerrefour. Alas in the three cases I turned in the streets for a parking, I did not find anything. Moreover underground car parks have a maximum height of 2.10 meters. I had appointment with Juan, Union Tecnica, for the purchase of an electric heating. He had bought to me a model produced by Arthur Martin! Finally he modified my electric cable to adapt it to the catches standardized in Argentina. Juan dealt to send my postcard. I returned to bivouac at the port of San Isidro.
On Tuesday, July 19th I intended to make to a stage in the camping L'Hirondelle at Tigre. While arriving I hooted, I called but the gate was padlocked. Ultimately I went my way towards Rosario. I left the autopista to go at the edge of Rio Parana to find a bivouac in Ramallo by overhanging the Club Nautico. The day was agreeably sunny.
On Wednesday, July 20th I arrived at Rosario, city of +1.5 million inhabitants, to make two visits. Of course I started with Monumento Nacional a la Bandera. It was set up to contain in its crypt the flag of Argentina drawn by the General Manuel Belgrano. Behind the cathedral and the town hall surround Plaza 25 of Mayo. While waiting for the opening of Museo Historico Provincial at 14:00 I strolled in the downtown area. I benefitted from it to inform me about the purchase of an USB key of Internet connection. Two FAI, Claro and Mobistar, answered me that there was but a few years ago! Museo Historico Provincial exhibits mainly religious objects of the colonial period. Some artifacts are remarkable carried out by artists of 17th and 18th century. On the way towards Santa Fe I stopped at a gigantic Carrefour store. Then I found a sumptuous bivouac in Capitan Bermudez at the edge of Rio Paraná where I remained two nights.

On the way towards Resistencia I stopped in Santa Fe to visit the downtown area around Plaza 25 of Mayo which gathers the religious buildings dating from the 17th century. Convento Museo de San Francisco has one meter thickness walls which supports a roof in cedar of Paraguayan. It is still in activity and the visit is reduced to a hall with liturgical objects as well as the vault which has a pulpit covered with gold sheets. Museo etnografico was quickly visited. On one on the sides of Plaza Iglesia de la Compaña goes back to 1660 but it was closed. Further on the place catedral is of a very great simplicity. In way I saw Casa de los Aldao which dates from the beginning of the 18th century, closed. back on Plaza I threw an eye in Templo de Santo Domingo. Then back to my truck I warned the Tourist office with a Wifi connection which I used during one hour. I return again my road to find a bivouac on a small adjacent road with the ruta-#11, to Colonia Dolores.
Saturday, July 23th was a quiet day on Ruta-#11 to approach Resistencia. I bivouacked close to a house in ruin by hoping that the owners of the ground will not come to draw me by the feet from my bed.

Great disappointment on Sunday, July 24th it has nothing there to see in Resistencia. Moreover the municipal camping is rudimentary, without water in the toilets and showers, without Wifi and very noisy.
