I Entrée :
Il y a deux possibilités pour entrer à Singapour.
1---- Utiliser une remorque pour transporter le véhicule de la frontière directement au port.
2---- Être conduit par le conducteur lui-même du point de contrôle au port de Pasir Panjang dans Singapour.
Documents requis avant de conduire dans Singapour :
a---- Carte d’immatriculation du véhicule avec une traduction en anglais,
b---- Carnet de passage en douane, CPD,
c---- Certificat d’assurance locale couverture aux tiers,
d---- ICP, Permis international de circulation
e---- Carte Autopass
f---- Passeport du conducteur.
Pour obtenir les documents locaux, b/c/d/e avant d’entrer dans Singapour :
a---- Aller à l’AAS
---- Endossement du CPD au verso du volet d’importation, coût S$10,70
---- Achat de l’assurance couverture aux tiers pour trois jours, coût S$95,
---- Achat de l’ICP, coût S$12.
b---- Aller au LTA
---- Achat de la carte Autopass, coût S$10

II Sortie :
Avant l’embarquement du véhicule au port :
---- Aller à l’ASS avec le connaissement du véhicule, Bill Of Lading, pour l’endossement du CPD au verso du volet exportation, coût S$10,70
Après le passage de la douane au port :
---- Aller au LTA avec l’Autopass et le CPD tamponné par la douane pour clore le voyage dans Singapour et payer les arrières de circulation.

1---- To use a trailer to transport the vehicle from the border directly to the port.
2---- To be driven by the driver himself from the checkpoint to the port at Pasir Panjang in Singapore.
Required documents before driving in Singapore:
a---- Vehicle registration card with English translation,
b---- Carnet de passage en douane, CPD,
c---- Local motor insurance certificate to cover third party risk,
d---- ICP, International Circulation Permit,
e---- Autopass card
f---- Passport of driver.
To obtain the local documents, b/c/d/e before entering Singapore:

a---- Go to AAS
---- Endorsement of the CPD at the back of the importation voucher, S$10,70 cost
---- Purchase of an insurance for three days, S$95 cost,
---- Purchase of an ICP, S$12 cost.
b---- Go to LTA
---- Purchase of an Autopass card, S$10 cost
 

II Exit:
Before the loading of the vehicle at the port:
---- Go to AAS with the Bill Of Lading of the vehicle, for the endorsing of the CPD at the back of exportation voucher, S$10,70 cost
After the crossing of the customs at the port:
---- Go to LTA with Autopass and the CPD stamped by customs to close up the trip in Singapore and to make any outstanding payment.

La procédure d’entrée d’un camping-car à Singapour étudiée et présentée ci-dessus fut inapplicable eu égard à la "LTA policy" exposée par l’AAS lors de ma visite du 02/04/2008.

The procedure of entry of a camper van in Singapore studied and presented above was inapplicable due to the “LTA policy” exposed by the AAS at the time of my visit of the 02/04/2008.
